REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU:

Current government-issued photo ID for each account signer.

Social Security Card or the top portion of the latest tax return for each account signer.

And your completed Account Signer Questionnaire.

REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WITH YOU:

Corporate Resolution (business structure)

Tax ID Assignment Form (EIN)

Colorado Secretary of State Certificate of Good Standing.

Board Minutes - who will be signatories and anyone else who may have access/receipts to account(s).

Current Government-issued photo identification for each account signer, beneficial owner, and control person.

Social Security Card for each account signer, beneficial owner, and control person.

And your completed Business Account Signer Questionnaire.
